Wizardry Online, published by Japan-based Gamepot, is a free-to-play fantasy MMORPG based on the venerable Wizardry series, which is a standing RPG franchise that could be traced back to 1981. Right now, the game’s EU and US versions are just in preparation.
Since Wizardry has been best noted for its open-world exploration and massive combats, Wizardry will go further into the hardcore gameplay, which requires you to look before you leap, as a premature step you take will lead to either resurrection or permanent death.
Apart from the self-invited threats, you will have to go through the labyrinths and defeat the ferocious monsters for survival and progression. However, it is overcoming these grueling challenges and impediments that brings you a genuine sense of fulfillment and pride. To avoid being stranded, you can team up with your allies and join in the guilds.
